Stationery store

Shelves of pens, binders, and paper inside an old stationery store in Karuizawa

I went out to Karuizawa to have lunch with Luis and Yuka. I had never been, and the town surprised me. I had heard that it is known as the "Hamptons of Tokyo," but it felt more like Boulder, Colorado: up in the mountains, with a mix of nature, a clear city center, and even a Patagonia store.

While walking around, I found this old stationery store.
