Weekenders Coffee

When I planned my trip to Kyoto, I referenced the Noma in Kyoto magazine for ideas. I never made it to the pop-up, but I wish I had. They published this "magazine" that is really a full book, and it is a dense artifact of local culture, food, and craft.
It highlighted Weekenders Coffee. I found that its roastery would be open on the day I was in Kyoto, and I went there. The coffee was excellent, and there was a beautiful garden in the back.
